President Rodrigo Roa Duterte led the inspection of the Sentrong Pangkabataan Complex Project in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro on 18 November 2021, three (3) days after the Province celebrated its 71st Founding Anniversary.

The PhP130 million sports complex, which will be equipped with modern facilities upon its completion, will be used by youth athletes for training and activities.

The project will feature multiple sports facilities, dormitory, basketball and volleyball courts, and an Information Technology (IT) library. It is expected to be finished in March 2022.
