President Benigno S. Aquino III leads the inauguration of the completed section of the proposed Sen. Benigno S. Aquino Jr. Ave. road widening project in Brgy. San Rafael in Mandurriao, Iloilo City.

As part of his one-day visit to the province of Iloilo, the President tours the different road and housing projects in the area together with some of the members of his Cabinet and government officials.
