“Mamarkahan natin ngayong araw na ito ang pagsibol ng isang pangarap para sa mga mamamayan ng Bulacan,” President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. announced as he broke ground on the first out of six (6) simultaneous ‘mega groundbreaking’ sites of the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Project in Bulacan in a ceremony at the Heroes Ville in Barangay Gaya-Gaya, City of San Jose del Monte (CSJDM).

In his message, the President expressed his deepest gratitude to the San Joseños for their support in the 2022 National and Local Elections, calling the ‘mega groundbreaking’ of 4PH Project in Bulacan as the realization of his promise to provide decent and affordable housing for all Filipinos.

“Isusukli namin po sa inyong tulong, sa inyong pagmamahal at sa inyong pagsuporta ang pagpatuloy ng aming ginagawa upang pagandahin ang buhay ng bawat kababayan nating Pilipino. ‘Yan po ang ating layunin,” he said.

Dubbed as the ‘Rising City Residential Project’ of CSJDM, the 4PH Project site will give rise to nine (9) eight-story buildings expected to create 1,890 housing units and a commercial complex on a 6.9-hectare (ha) land area.

Following the event, the President proceeded to the neighboring towns of San Rafael and Pulilan in Bulacan to ground break two other 4PH Project sites that would generate 3,920 residential condominiums and 1,920 housing units, respectively.

Other sites joining the simultaneous groundbreaking ceremony include the 12-ha Pandi Terraces in Barangay Bagong Barrio, Pandi with its proposed 4,050 units; the 2-ha Municipal Government of Guiguinto Employees Housing in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Guiguinto with 108 units; and the 2.6-ha Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Maloleño Program 2023-2025 in Barangay Santor, Malolos City with 675 units.
