Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Paulyn Jean Rosell-Ubial leads a send-off ceremony at the first Mega Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DATRC) in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija on August 4, 2017.

During the event, 53 former drug dependents have ‘graduated’ from their six-month rehabilitation program in the said facility, which was inaugurated by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte in November last year.
