Following the back-to-back launching of the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Projects in Camarines Sur, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. joined his Cabinet members in distributing various government assistance at the Fuerte CamSur Sports Complex in the Municipality of Pili.

Prior to the event, the President and concurrent Department of Agriculture (DA) Secretary personally checked on the farmer beneficiaries who were to receive various farm machineries amounting to PhP167.2 million to discuss their current situation.

“Kami ay nandito upang tingnan lang namin at mabantayan lang po natin kung tuloy-tuloy, kung maganda ang patakbo para sa pagbigay ng ating mga ginagawang tulong sa inyong mga nangangailangan pa,” the President said, adding that the economy is slowly recovering from the global economic slump caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaking before the 3,000 beneficiaries gathered at the Sports Complex, President Marcos Jr. expressed his hopes that a time would come where the beneficiaries would no longer need assistance from the government as their conditions have already greatly improved.
