On his second day of stay in Tacloban City, President Benigno S. Aquino III visited the Municipality of Palo, Leyte where he met with the town’s Municipal Mayor Remedios Petilla in a closed-door meeting at her office.

President Aquino later on led the relief goods distribution to Palo residents and inspected the nearby town’s market that had been devastated by typhoon Yolanda. He also posed for a photo oportunity with several street vendors that had started selling their goods.
