President Rodrigo Roa Duterte distributed financial assistance to individuals affected by Typhoon ‘Odette’ (international name: Rai) in Maasin City, Southern Leyte. Typhoon ‘Odette’ caused massive flooding and brought strong winds as it made several landfalls in different provinces across Mindanao and Visayas, affecting thousands of families and individuals, as well as heavily damaging key infrastructures in the regions.
