President Benigno S. Aquino III welcomed Timor-Leste Foreign Minister José Luís Guterres during a courtesy call at the Rizal Hall, Malacañan Palace.

The Foreign Minister was accompanied by Ambassador of Timor-Leste to the Philippines Juvėncio de Jesus Martins.

Joining the President were Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario, Ambassador of the Philippines to Dili Ma. Aileen Bugarin and Department of Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretary Ma. Theresa Lazaro.
