President Rodrigo Roa Duterte welcomed Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) President Jin Liqun in a courtesy call held at the Music Room of Malacañang.

The President thanked Mr. Jin and his group for their visit. Mr. Jin replied that he was also thankful for the Chief Executive for granting them a meeting and congratulated him for his successful visit to China.

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank that focuses on infrastructure development and other sectors in Asia, such as energy and power, environmental protection, transportation and telecommunications among others.
