President Rodrigo Roa Duterte spoke with Secretary Rex Tillerson, Secretary of State of the United States of America (USA), in a courtesy call at the President’s Hall in Malacañan Palace.

Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar, Department of Finance (DOF) Secretary Carlos Dominguez III, Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, National Security Adviser (NSA) Hermogenes Esperon, Jr. and other officials from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) joined the President in the meeting.

H.E. Sung Kim, the USA Ambassador to the Philippines, Secretary Tillerson’s Chief-of-Staff Margaret Peterlin, and other USA delegates made up the Secretary of State’s entourage.
