President Benigno S. Aquino III received Miss Tourism International 2013 Angeli Dione Gomez in Malacañang.

Angeli Dione Gomez, who was crowned last 31 December 2013, bested 59 other contenders in the coronation night held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The 20-year old Cebuana, who wanted to be a film director, was overjoyed to bring home the crown after the country also won it last year in a rare back-to-back win for the Philippines.

As Miss Tourism International, she will be a travelling ambassador that will promote informal international relations between countries.

Mutya ng Pilipinas President Jacqueline Tan and Pete Dacuycuy were also present during the call.
