President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. received Dr. Mori Masafumi, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Japan, in a courtesy call at the State Dining Room in Malacañan Palace.

The meeting focused on relations between the Philippines and Japan. Dr. Mori conveyed that Japan will continue rendering its support to the Philippines through its Official Development Assistance (ODA) and public-private partnerships (PPPs) as the Marcos administration gears towards fulfilling its ‘Build Better More’ infrastructure agenda.

Japan remains as the Philippines’ top ODA partner and one of its top investors.
