Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) Deputy Executive Director Villamor Ventura Plan joins the Common Space Panel Discussion during the Eleventh Global Forum on Migration and Development (GFMD) at the Oliveraie Palmeraie Golf Palace in Marrakesh, Morocco on December 6, 2018.

The Discussion focuses on the ‘Decent Work for Professional Nurses to Germany: Government Experience on the Triple Win Projects with Civil Society in Program Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation.’

Ambassador Evan P. Garcia, Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the United Nations (UN) in Geneva, is also present in the event.
