November 3, 2017
Standing at 45 meters high, the City Monument in Da Nang, the third largest city in Vietnam, pays tribute to the Quang martyrs and Vietnamese soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation.
The monument is a combination of modern architecture and innovative design to showcase three wings forming three legs of the cauldron, expressing the deepest gratitude of the people to their country’s valiant martyrs and older generations for fighting foreign invaders, thereby bringing peace and independence to the nation.
