The Chater Garden is a public park at the Central area of Hong Kong. In the early years of the British rule in the country, it used to be a part of the Murray Parade Ground. It was eventually converted into a sports and recreation area. It was formally opened for the public in October 1978. During weekends, many overseas Filipino workers (OFW) gather here.
