President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. challenged himself, together with the heads of various government agencies, to ensure complete delivery of six (6) million housing units under the ‘Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Program’ during the ceremonial turnover of Certificate of Eligibility of Lot Allocation (CELA) at the St. Gregory Homes Project in Barangay Panghulo, Malabon City.
Expressing his delight for the warm reception from the family beneficiaries of the 1,380 housing units of St. Gregory Homes Project, the President assured them that the government is committed to fulfill its promise to provide decent houses for all Filipinos.
Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Joeben Tai, Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Ng-Sandoval and former Malabon City Lone District Representative Ricky Sandoval joined the President on stage to handover the CELA to the family beneficiaries.
St. Gregory Homes is a project spearheaded by NHA General Manager Joeben Tai under its ‘Build Better and More (BBM)’ Housing Program, which aims to deliver 1.3 million housing units to informal settler families (ISF) included in the six (6) million housing units of the 4PH Program that targets to bridge the country’s housing woes.
