Shioya Tochi executive vice president Keiichiro Hashimoto and director Keigo Iue paid a call to President Benigno S. Aquino III in Malacañang. The executives, who want to look for areas in the Philipines where they can do business, were accompanied by Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) director -general Lilia de Lima during the brief meeting.

Established in 1957, the Shioya Tochi Group of Japan provides living environments for foreign residents like housing and do leisure business management like a shopping facility, resort hotel and golf course.
