Intercontinental London Park Lane Hotel

In his third business meeting on the second day of his official visit to United Kingdom, President Benigno S. Aquino III met with the officials of Asea Gaz Ltd. and Aboitiz Equity Ventures Gas Project at the Intercontinental London Park Lane Hotel.

The two companies will invest $150 million dollars to build plants that will convert bio methane from waste materials into bio methane that can be used for vehicle fuel.

Richard Lilleystone (Chief Executive Officer, Gaz Asia Ltd.), Sabin Aboitiz (President of PILMICO and Director of SN Aboitiz Power) and Juan Alfonso (Director, Asea Gaz Corporation) comprised the attendees in the business sector.

Joining President Aquino in the Philippine side are Ambassador Enrique Manalo, DOTC Secretary Mar Roxas, DOF Secretary Cesar Purisima, DTI Secretary Gregory Domingo, DOE Secretary Jose Rene Almendras, DOT Secretary Ramon Jimenez, Jr. and PCDSPO Secretary Ramon Carandang.
