The Presidential Communications Operations Office and its attached agencies’ Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Point System led an outreach project inside the Correctional Institute for Women (CIW) in Mandaluyong City.

Dubbed as “BongGAD Ka Day!” the GAD event aims to spread hope and love to residents of CIW. It provided free medical and dental check-ups, legal consultations, and health and wellness services with the assistance of the Department of Health (DOH) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
