President Benigno S. Aquino III together with his delegation members met with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung before attending the Gala Dinner prepared by the host country, Malaysia.
The meeting was requested by Vietnam and was set to discuss its strategic partnership with the Philippines.
