PROJECT: PROCUREMENT OF CUSTOMIZED REMOTE BROADCAST VAN WITH INSTALLED BROADCAST EQUIPMENT ON A TURN-KEY BASIS
The Bids and Awards Committee hereby inform corrections/amendments/additions to descriptions/requirements of below listed items of the abovenamed project’s Technical Specifications and change in the schedule of bid opening date:
I.For Item #1: Correction of Position of Ladder described under Body Type of Customized Broadcast Van
Per Technical Specifications : Ladder – Stainless type located at rear portion (RH Side)
As Corrected: Ladder – Stainless type located at rear portion (LH Side)
II.For Item #2: Amendment of description of 6 units Multi-Format Digital Camera
As Corrected: a) Must be broadcast system camera b) top of the line, of reputable brand, c) fully high definition, d) with capability of automatic compensation between lens and camera, e) capable of color correction e) Highly compatible with all accessories of a complete studio system set-up including Item #6- Overhead Viewfinder f) Camera Cable must be fiber optic with connector of reputable brand g) Operational in different weather condition, indoor or outdoor, tropical countries
Each with:
a) Viewfinder, 5 cm (2 inches)HD EVF viewfinder
b) High Definition Lens, 22 x zoom lens w/ extender
c) Camera Tripod Adaptor
d) Camera Carrying Case
III.For Item #3: 1 unit Multi-Format Digital Camera
As Corrected: a) Must be broadcast system camera b) top of the line, of reputable brand, c) fully high definition, d) with capability of automatic compensation between lens and camera, e) capable of color correction e) Highly compatible with all accessories of a complete studio system set-up including Item #6-Overhead Viewfinder f) Camera Cable must be fiber optic with connector of reputable brand g) Operational in different weather condition, indoor or outdoor, tropical countries

IV.For Item #4: 1 unit Multi-Format Digital Camera

As Corrected: a) Must fully match and highly compatible with Items 2, 3 & 4. b) With HD/SD SDI output and Composite Output c) with Reference Input and Return Input d) Must match with provided fiber optic camera cable of the Multi-Format Cameras specified in Items 2, 3 & 4 of the Technical Specifications e) Operational in different weather condition, indoor/outdoor, tropical countries

a) Remote Operation Panel (description as is)
b) ROP Cable (5m)
c) 150 meters CCU Fiber optics Cable with connector of reputable brand
d) 5 meters CCU Fiber optics Cable with connector of reputable brand
With 5 rolls – 100 meters CCU Fiber optic Cable with connector of reputable brand
VI.For Item # 18 – 2 units 40 inches LCD Monitor with HD SDI Input
As Corrected : 40 to 42 inches size LCD Monitor with HD SDI Input
VII.Additional Requirement: To ensure the after-sales support of the specified broadcast equipment in the Technical Specifications, the Winning Bidder must have a LOCAL authorized service center for SUPPLIED BROADCAST EQUIPMENT.
VIII. CHANGE OF BID OPENING SCHEDULE – The Last Day of Submission of Bid and Bid Opening Date is hereby moved from its original date of July 26 to August 2, 2013, Friday, 10:00 AM at RTVM Conference Room, Malacanang, Manila.
