President Benigno S. Aquino III cast his vote for the 2013 Barangay Elections at the Azucarera de Tarlac Elementary School in Tarlac City shortly before noon today.
Presidential sisters Maria Elena “Ballsy” Aquino-Cruz and Aurora Corazon “Pinky”Aquino-Abellada joined President Aquino in casting their votes at Precinct no. 175-A.
Tarlac City has 76 barangays and it has a total number of 172, 403 registered voters, 2762 of which belongs to Barangay Central.
