Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano graced a reception hosted by the Australia Philippines Business Council (APBC) at the Three International Towers in Barangaroo, Sydney, Australia.

Addressing all the APCB Board of Directors headed by its President, Director Eduard Alcordo, Secretary Cayetano spoke on the advocacies of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, particularly the “Build, Build, Build” program that is driven towards the modernization of the Philippines’ infrastructure through projects that are envisioned to yield robust economic growth.

Founded in April 1975, APBC is the leading private sector body that focuses on boosting trade and investments between Australia and the Philippines. It serves as an avenue where stakeholders can promote the exchange of goods and services, as well as establish network and opportunities with the public and private industries in both countries.
