President Benigno S. Aquino III attended the 78th birthday celebration and 50th wedding anniversary of former Cavite Governor Erineo “Ayong” Maliksi in Imus, Cavite.

The former governor is the current chairman of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
