As the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) – Australia Special Summit formally opens on March 17, 2018, local and foreign media covering the Summit gather at the International Media Center (IMC) housed at the International Convention Center (ICC) in Sydney, Australia.

The ICC is Australia’s prime convention and entertainment venue. It is equipped with world-class facilities that meet the comprehensive event requirements being demanded in today’s modern technology. The IMC for the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit is specifically built inside the building to provide the facilities that cater to the demands and needs of the participating media.

A host broadcaster is also positioned to provide assistance to media members in terms of accreditation and pooling, and to manage all the broadcast signals to and from the meeting venues.
