On his maiden appearance at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders’ Meeting, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte spent a couple of minutes with Peruvian President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski during the arrival ceremony at the Lima Convention Center (LCC) in Lima, Peru.

The President will be attending various meetings and dialogues geared on fostering free-trade agreements among the APEC member economies. Also convening in the afternoon are the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), the APEC Leaders’ Dialogue, and the CEO Summit.
