President Benigno S. Aquino III was welcomed by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe at the Prime Minister’s Official Residence for a bilateral meeting and working lunch.  The President is in Japan to attend and participate at the ASEAN-Japan Commemorative Summit.

Among the members of the Cabinet who accompanied the President are Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert Del Rosario, Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Trade and Industry Secretary Gregory Domingo, Transportation and Communications Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya, Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Herminio Coloma and Presidential Management Staff  Secretary Julia Abad.
