From the Qionghai Boao Airport, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte proceeded to the Golden Coast Hotel Building 5 where he will be staying during his two-day visit to Boao, Hainan Province in the People’s Republic of China from April 9-10, 2018.

Upon his arrival, the President was warmly greeted by Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Undersecretary Manuel Antonio Teehankee of the International Economic Relations, staff of the Philippine Embassy to China, and personnel of the Golden Coast Hotel Building 5.

He is scheduled to participate in the Opening Ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2018 the following day where he is set to deliver a five-minute speech.
