President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and the members of the Philippine delegation arrived at the Shangri-La Hotel Valley Wing in Singapore as he began his two-day state visit.

He was welcomed by Shangri-La’s general manager and some Philippine Embassy officials including First Secretary and Consul J. Anthony Reyes, Welfare Officer Rosanna Siray, among others.
