President Rodrigo Roa Duterte conducted an aerial inspection in areas severely affected by Typhoon ‘Odette’ (international name: Rai) in Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte.

Typhoon ‘Odette’ caused massive flooding and brought strong winds as it made several landfalls in different provinces across Mindanao and Visayas, affecting thousands of families and individuals as well as heavily damaging key infrastructures in the regions.
