Considered as the seventh tallest building in the world, the Petronas Twin Towers is the epitome of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The twin towers, a pair of 88-story buildings which measures 452 meters in height, was built in 1998 by an Argentinian architect, Cesar Pelli. He based the towers’ floor plan on an eight-sided star of arabesque patterns.
