Ramil Diez is a young and successful Filipino businessman in Japan. He moved to the country at a very young age and started repairing and selling second hand cars as a way of living. He was then able to establish two pubs where he employs Filipinos as staff.

Aside from being busy in his businesses, Ramil also managed to establish a boxing organization called the Philippines-Japan Boxing Organization where he trains and supports young Filipino boxers. To date, Ramil and his athletes have not lost a fight yet.
