The Davos Congress Centre is the major convention centre in Davos, Switzerland. It opened in 1969 and has undergone major transformations and extensions in 1979, 1989 and 2010. It has hosted the meetings of the World Economic Forum (WEF) since 1971.
Since the last extension in 2010, the Davos Congress Centre can host up to 5,000 attendees with 34 high-tech rooms for 20 to 1,800 people. This year, more than one thousand business delegates and other Heads of State will gather to find sustainable solutions in improving the state of the world.
