President Rodrigo Roa Duterte convened his Cabinet Secretaries for the 53rd Cabinet Meeting held at the Rizal Hall in Malacañan Palace.

The agenda items included developments on the rollout of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccines, efforts to advance the vaccination program of the government and other matters of national concern.
