Foreign ministers of the ASEAN member states together with its dialogue partners and other participating countries convene for the 24th ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Plenary Session at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City on August 7, 2017.

Agenda of the meeting includes the adoption of the List of Track 1 Activities for the Inter-Sessional Year ‎‎2017-2018 and a number of proposed ARF statements, such as addressing and countering the drug problem, and cooperation to prevent, deter, and eliminate illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing (IUUF).

Foreign Affairs Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano leads the launching of the ARF Annual Security Outlook 2017.
