Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Enrique Manalo and other foreign ministers from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) convene in the 15th Southwest Pacific Dialogue Ministerial Meeting at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City on August 6, 2017.

The Southwest Pacific Dialogue was established in 2002 as a forum among countries linking the Southeast Asia and Pacific regions, namely Philippines, Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and Timor-Leste to exchange views and information on various issues and areas of cooperation.
