President Rodrigo Roa Duterte signed the Memory Book in a welcome ceremony accorded to him by Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit Chairman Dr. Vu Tien Loc at the Ariyana Da Nang Exhibition and Convention Centre in Da Nang City, Vietnam.

The President was also given a briefing on the program flow of the APEC CEO Summit Session 7 before delivering a keynote address on “Regional Economic Integration – Lessons Learnt from ASEAN.”
