President Rodrigo Roa Duterte paid his last respects to former House Speaker Prospero ‘Boy’ Nograles in a wake visit at the Heritage Park in Taguig City on May 5, 2019.  

The veteran legislator, who became the first Speaker of the House of Representatives hailing from Mindanao, served as the representative of the First District of Davao City for five (5) terms.
