On the second leg of his Labor Day activities, President Benigno S. Aquino III toured the facility of Alliance Mansol Inc., a human resources management solutions company catering to electronics firms, at the Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna.

The President inspected the company’s workshop and training rooms, which housed 2,953 TESDA graduates while completing the 40-day Electronics Production Line Back-End Operation program.

President Aquino, toured by AMI President Perry Ferrer, also checked the company’s own manufacturing facility that mostly employs TESDA graduates from AMI’s education institution. They are hired as microelectronics assembly service personnel to produce hardware parts mainly for laptop computers.

AMI is a TESDA registered training institute that offers a holistic package from training program, employment assistance and job performance monitoring. It successfully implemented 85% hiring rate for AMI-TESDA graduates and aims to achieve 100% employability in 2014.
