President Benigno S. Aquino III inspected the partly-opened Eastern Visayas Regional Medical Center in Tacloban City after it had been washed out by super Typhoon ‘Yolanda’.

The President was met by Health Undersecretary Janet Garin who briefed him on several medical concerns that had to be addressed, part of which are the vaccines needed to be distributed in far-flung areas.
