President Rodrigo Roa Duterte acknowledged the immense talent and art works of renowned glass sculptor Ramon Orlina as he formally received the ‘Sagisag ng Bayan – 2019’ sculpture at the Rizal Hall in Malacañan Palace.

The sculpture, which is made from carved and painted optical glass, is showcased together with a lighted metal stand that further enhances the visual imagery of the art piece.
