Two months since his last visit on 8 November 2016, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte returned to Tacloban City, Leyte province to inspect the New Hope Village Housing Project.

The President also took time to interact with the victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda who are now the beneficiaries of the housing units and other rehabilitation projects in Barangay Sta. Elena.
