President Rodrigo Roa Duterte presided over a situation briefing held at the Provincial Capitol in San Fernando City, Pampanga.

Pampanga is among the areas struck and heavily affected by a 6.1 magnitude earthquake on Monday afternoon (April 22) along with nearby provinces Zambales and the National Capital Region.
