President Rodrigo Roa Duterte commended the entire Western Mindanao Command (WESTMINCOM) for doing their job well during his visit at Camp BGen. Gonzalo H. Siongco in Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao.

Part of the President’s visit in Maguindanao was to get an update on the current security situation and operations of the 6th Infantry Division (6ID) led by its Commander, MGen. Edmundo Pangilinan, who conducted the situation briefing.

Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana and Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief-of-Staff Gen. Ricardo Visaya received the President upon his arrival. WESTMINCOM Commander Lt. Gen. Mayoralgo Dela Cruz was also present during the event.
