President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe witnessed the signing of agreement on the “Exchange of Notes on Yen Loan for the Cavite Industrial Area Flood Management Project” at the Prime Minister’s Office in Tokyo during his official visit to Japan on October 30, 2017.

Representing the Philippine government as signatory was Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano together with his Japanese counterpart Ministry of Foreign Affairs Taro Kono.
