Department of Tourism (DOT) Undersecretary Katherine De Castro, together with Luis “Chavit” Singson, hold a press briefing on the Miss Universe 2017 Philippine hosting with the Malacañang Press Corps (MPC) at the New Executive Building (NEB) in Malacañang on December 9, 2016.

Joining them are Miss New Zealand Tania Pauline Dawson, Miss America Deshauna Barber, and the pageant’s Chairman of the Host Committee Richelle Singson-Michael.
