President Benigno S. Aquino III received the credentials of the newly-designated Qatar Ambassador to the Philippines, H.E. Jassim Ali Abdullah Al Obaidli in Malacañang.
The President was accompanied by Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto del Rosario and the envoy’s counsellor, Mr. Husain Ibrahim Al-Badi.
