President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. welcomed Ambassador Florence Buerki Akonor, Non-Resident Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to the Philippines, as she presented her letter of credence in a ceremony at the President’s Hall in Malacañan Palace.

In a short message, Ambassador Akonor expressed her gratitude to the President and vowed to continue elevating the partnership between Ghana and the Philippines.

In response, President Marcos Jr. reassured the government’s commitment to work with her country and hoped that the Ambassador’s diplomatic duty will signal the start of good things that will benefit the people of both nations.
