President Benigno S. Aquino III received H.E. Phoxay Khaykhamphithoune of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic during his presentation of credentials as Laos’ ambassador to the country. The event was held in Malacañan Palace.

Joining the envoy is his spouse, Mme. Souddavone Khaykhamphithoune, as he conveyed his honor and documents of credence to the President.
