President Rodrigo Roa Duterte received the credentials of His Excellency U Lwin Oo, Resident Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Philippines, at the Reception Hall of Malacañan Palace.

“Your Excellency, welcome to the Philippines and we are ready to accept your credentials as Ambassador,” President Duterte said.
